Real Estate Tax and Personal Property tax bills and Vehicle Decals can now be paid using the credit cards listed. This new payment plan can only be used 'Online' or by 'Phone' using Paymenus.
For your convenience, MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards are now accepted for payment of tax bills or vehicle decal purchases in the Treasurer's Office located in the Old Courthouse.
The Convenience Fee Schedule listed below sets out the fees charged by the Paymentus, a private entity which handles credit card payments to the County as a service and convenience to County citizens. Credit card convenience fees are not charged by the County of Pulaski and the convenience fees set out in the Convenience Fee Schedule are not paid to, and will not be applied to your account with the County of Pulaski.

For Real Estate Tax payments, you must have the nine (9) digit ACCT. No. in the upper left corner of the tax ticket available. 'C' in Real Estate Tax ticket.
For Personal Property Tax payments, you must have the five (5) digit No. in the upper right corner of the tax ticket available. 'A' on Personal Property Ticket.
For Vehicle Decals, you must have the five (5) digit Ticket # on the left side of each vehicle listed on your Application of Purchase of Vehicle Decals. 'B' on Application for Purchase of Vehicle Decal.
To make payments 'Online', click on the PAYMENTUS link at the top of the page.
