Churches, fire departments and other non-profit organizations may be exempted from the refuse service charges at the discretion of the PSA Board of Directors.

Connection fees for projects requiring a larger water line may be set at a higher rate at the discretion of the PSA Board of Directors. When a road bore is required for installation of water, any significant additional cost (at the discretion of staff) for boring the road will be the responsibility of the property owner.
