Pulaski County's Public Service Authority was created to better the quality of life for all citizens.
It does include mandatory garbage collection for all places of residence.
Still up in the air is how to collect garbage from recreational visitors to our county. Please contact us if you are one of these people. We understand that as a part-time resident, you should not pay a full use fee for garbage collection.
Pulaski County has a extensive water and sewer department. We have helped so many people to get water and sewer. We have non-user fees too. If you are close to a water or sewer line and choose not to use it, you will be charged a non-user fee. On the other hand, lots of people have had their wells run dry or their septic systems no longer work. We can work with you.
Everyone's situation is different. Some people are close to our existing lines and some aren't. Sometimes a community will opt to connect to our system. There are so many issues to deal with in dealing with water and sewer issues.

The Pulaski County Public Service Authority meets regularly on the second Tuesday of each month at 9am in the conference room of the County Administration Buildling at 143 3rd ST NW, Pulaski, VA.
