The New River Valley Livability Initiative is a three-year regional planning process to strengthen our communities, forge lasting partnerships, and build a secure, prosperous legacy for our children and grandchildren. This initiative is a community effort to improve the housing, transportation, energy, community health, agricultural systems, natural resources, internet access, economic and workforce development, water resources, and cultural assets of our communities.

If you were unable to attend our August kick-off event, please take a few minutes to fill out a citizen survey for the Livability Initiative by following this link http://nrvlivability.org and clicking on “Take the Kick-Off Survey” in the top banner of the home page.
